MIDDLE FULL-STACK PHP/JS/HTML/CSS PROGRAMMER 

Job requirements

◉ Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, HTML;
◉ Fluent in Russian, and can confidently use English at the level of documentation and correspondence;
◉ 3 or more years of experience as a developer in IT companies;
◉ Experience with GIT.

 

Your tasks

◉ Improvement of the existing BusSystem administration service;
◉ Improvement of the INFOBUS website.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Job requirements

◉ Work experience in a contact center or service sector;
◉ Knowledge of a foreign language (Polish, Romanian, Moldovan or other languages);
◉ The ability to communicate with clients;
◉ Stress resistance and attentiveness. 

Your tasks

◉ Processing incoming calls from customers;
◉ Helping customers in solving situations in the process of choosing a route or buying a ticket;
◉ Processing requests from clients, providing feedback to the client, responding to comments. 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job requirements

◉ Be based in one of the following countries: Poland, Italy, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Moldova, Croatia, Portugal, Greece, UK, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Austria;
◉ Successful experience in sales of complex services, partner acquisition and their support, experience in transportation or ticketing market will be an advantage;
◉ Good communication skills, ability to persuade, work with objections and experience in making successful presentations;
◉ Ability to work independently and achieve goals;
◉ Knowledge of the market and competitors in your country;
◉ Desire to develop and achieve goals;
◉ Language skills: Ukrainian or Russian - fluent (for communication within the company). Official language of your country — fluent. 

Your Responsibilities:

◉ Expansion of the partner base (carriers, ticket sellers and other participants in the passenger transportation market);
◉ Working with existing partners to deepen cooperation and increase sales;
◉ Selling IT system solutions to carriers and additional services;
◉ Development of sales in the assigned territory and implementation of the sales plan;
◉ Accounts receivable management;
◉ Analysis of competitors' work and continuous analysis of the competitive environment;
◉ Strengthening the influence of the INFOBUS brand in your country. 

SALES DEPARTMENT MANAGER IN THE B2B SEGMENT WITH KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Job requirements

◉ You are located in one of the European Union countries;
◉ Successful experience in sales of complex services, partner acquisition and their support, experience in transportation or ticketing market will be an advantage;
